Return Window

  • Returns are accepted ANYTIME!

  • The item must be in its original condition, with all accessories, packaging, and documentation included, to be eligible for a return.

Refund Eligibility

  • To receive a full refund, both your Capsule C1 and the gifted Capsule C1 must be returned.

  • If only one device is returned, a partial refund will be issued accordingly.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or becomes defective within the return period, please contact our support team immediately.

  • We may offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the nature of the issue.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support team to initiate a return at support@capsulecalling.com.

  2. You will receive a return authorization and shipping instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable are not eligible for refunds.

  • Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned unless defective.
